Off for my longest trip from home in 37 years, and Purdys since she was
a wee thing...
I sleep most of the way to
the UK, Purdy has stayed awake the whole time watching TV, and will suffer
later on…
19/01 Arrive Heathrow, 0 degrees C and fairly cold for a couple of
Aussies… Apparently Indian Taxi drivers don’t know where London is… Help!
Take the Bus (double decker) and Tube into London and check out a few touristy
spots, Piccadilly, Trafalgar Square and Waterfront Thames. It's just like the movies! Pretty cool, full of tourists, and we have no idea where we are going. On a positive note we navigate the tube no worries!
